Born from a co-fermentation of our vineyard's premium Malbec and Merlot grapes, our 2021 Malbec presents notes of red fruit, like plum and raspberry, with delicate black pepper. The wine's palate is round and fresh- with soft and gentle tannins. Although our label model, Rocco, enjoys his wines with krill and squid, you may enjoy this one more with lean red meat, mushrooms, and roasted red peppers.
